Terrific is building the next generation of social commerce with live, shoppable experiences and real-time data. We are seeking a senior frontend developer to own frontend features using React and TypeScript, with Node.js, GCP and Firebase as needed.

This is a fully remote, international team role for a contractor engaged at USD 2,000–3,000 per month. You will ship features, debug production issues and collaborate across LATAM, Israel, Europe and the US.

Your impact

• Turn viewers into buyers. Build the carousels, players and live experiences that millions of shoppers see, where every second of load time affects sales.
• Keep it live, 24/7. Make our product fast and reliable on customers’ sites, so a live event never breaks in front of their audience.
• Get customers live faster. Improve integrations, SDKs and embeds with platforms like Shopify, Tiendanube and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Prove that it works. Strengthen the tracking, attribution and reporting that show customers the revenue we bring them.
• Build once, scale to many. Create configurable solutions instead of one-off builds, so every feature serves every customer.

What you bring

• 5+ years of development experience, with a strong frontend focus.
• React and TypeScript at a senior level; Node.js, GCP and Firebase when needed.
• Experience shipping and debugging features in production.
• Autonomy, good judgment and clear communication in a remote team.
• Professional English.
• Big plus: experience in media, advertising or ad tech.

Compensation

USD 2,000–3,000 per month, depending on experience. Full-time independent contractor engagement.

Required:

• Deep experience in at least one of Terrific’s three commercial pillars — eCommerce, Marketing, or Media — and enough fluency across the other two to contribute credibly from day 1.
• Terrific operates as a global company, and English is our primary business language. As such, all roles require fluency in written and spoken English.
