Santex in Mexico City is seeking a Principal Full-Stack Developer with expertise in React and heavy focus in Java to join our team. You will oversee the technical aspects of our POA authorization layer powering the global application and 70+ mission-critical services.

The role requires 10+ years of software development, hands-on design and leadership. Hybrid work with office presence in Mexico City, at least two days per month.

Formación

• 10+ years of software development in a professional environment.
• Hands-on experience with design, development, and automated testing.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee technical aspects of the POA authorization layer powering the global app and 70+ services.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, setting technical direction and driving execution.
• Collaborate with product, design, and infosec to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
