You will lead major modernization workstreams, migrating complex legacy web applications into a modern Microfrontend ecosystem while ensuring performance, developer experience, and user impact stay high. You will ship production‑level frontend code, define scalable patterns, and collaborate cross‑functionally to make

• Strong ownership mindset for frontend systems from design through evolution.
• Ability to reason about frontend architecture at scale.
• Pragmatic modernization approach balancing ideal solutions with incremental progress.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with product and platform teams.
• 6+ years of professional frontend software engineering experience.
• Deep experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js or similar modern web frameworks.
• Familiarity with Microfrontend architectures and monorepos.
