Job summary

ITJ is seeking a frontend engineer who focuses on improving software design and collaboration with peers. You will create, test, and evaluate web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and SCSS to meet business requirements.

You will work in cross-functional teams to deliver software products that align with business needs. Key strengths include teamwork, problem-solving, Agile experience, and strong UI/UX awareness with Figma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
• 5+ years of frontend development experience.
• Experience with Agile teams.
• Strong experience with Next.js SSR/SSG/ISR and image optimization.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Experience with SCSS; HTML5/CSS3/LESS acceptable.
• Experience calling web APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience mocking/testing API integrations frontend.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality frontend applications using Next.js.
• Test software applications and systems.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to deliver software.
• Create flowcharts, diagrams, and documentation.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and semantic HTML.
• Support CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub Actions).
• Provide guidance to peers and participate in code reviews.
• Stay updated with new technologies and trends.
