Labor Equity Partners is seeking a senior frontend engineer to enhance our legal services platform. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React in a top tech company environment.

This position is fully remote and offers a gross salary range of $3,400 to $5,000 USD/month. Join a collaborative team with opportunities for mentorship and technical ownership.

Formación

• 5+ years of JavaScript or TypeScript experience, including substantial React experience.
• Strong experience shipping production web applications with a focus on performance.
• C1 English or higher and excellent written communication for a remote, international team.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and enhance our React web applications, including the outward-facing site, customer portal, and lawyer portal.
• Build polished components and pages with strong performance, accessibility, responsive design, and production‑ready error states.
• Work closely with US-based leadership and teammates in LatAm to ship high‑impact product improvements quickly.
