Gamma Recruitment is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across our business units in Monterrey. You will partner with BU leaders to uncover risks and opportunities, align financial objectives with performance, and drive strategic decision-making.

The role requires deep financial modeling, robust reporting, and the ability to mentor analysts while delivering actionable insights. English fluency is essential; experience with multinational environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• +12 years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or related fields.
• Strong track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Prior experience in multinational or fast-growing environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certification (CFA) is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and forecasting processes for the business units.
• Provide in-depth analysis of financial results and KPIs to inform decisions.
• Ensure accurate internal reporting and financial integrity.
• Mentor and develop FP&A analysts and foster collaboration.
• Deliver strategic financial insights and scenario modeling to optimize resources.
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, models, and reporting tools.
