Medtronic is seeking an FP&A professional to join the Global Operations and Supply Chain team in a hybrid onsite/remote role. You will analyze gross margin drivers for the Medical Surgical Portfolio, partner across functions, and support budgets and forecasts to drive sustainable margin expansion.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, collaboration with OUs, and presenting impact to management. 4 days onsite plus 1 day remote, with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• BA/BS degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Proficient GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills.
• Experience using SAP, BPCS, Hyperion Spend, or CMR for insights.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and data-driven problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop deep understanding of product costs and drivers.
• Summarize historical data to highlight gross margin trends.
• Collaborate across GOSC and Medical Surgical Portfolio teams.
• Present GOSC impact on gross margin and provide commentary to management.
• Support AOP and quarterly forecasts with accurate OU allocations.
• Identify cost drivers and opportunities for savings.
• Lead cost roll reconciliation for specific OUs and review impacts.
