Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join its fast-paced fintech creative team. You will craft premium digital experiences and visual assets for fintech, trading, crypto, and financial campaigns, blending strong visual design with UI and web design.

You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Content, Motion, and other teams to translate briefs into engaging, brand-consistent experiences across digital channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showing digital, web/UI and visual design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Strong typography, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and PM skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, international or cross-functional environments.
• English proficiency is a must.

Responsibilities

• Design landing pages, websites, digital campaigns, banners and social assets.
• Develop campaign visuals adaptable across channels and markets.
• Translate business objectives into clear visual solutions.
• Design responsive interfaces with strong layout and usability.
• Own projects from concept to delivery with high-quality execution.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, templates, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate concepts to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, incorporating feedback.
• Provide guidance to junior designers when required.
