Formación

• Minimum 5 years in financial analysis, project evaluation, strategy, or similar roles.

• Experience supporting M&A projects or acquisition processes (preferred).

We are looking for a Senior Financial Modeling Lead responsible for building, analyzing, and evaluating financial models that enable high-impact strategic decision-making within the organization.

Role Mission

This position provides financial support for key initiatives, new business models, special projects, and M&A processes by integrating quantitative analysis, scenario modeling, projections, and executive-level materials that facilitate decision-making across KOF and FEMSA.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure robust financial models to evaluate new businesses, strategic projects, and opportunities.
• Develop projections, sensitivity analyses, and scenarios to support high-impact financial decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess financial implications of new initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Participate in special projects, providing financial analysis, insights, and data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with the M&A team and FEMSA counterparts on financial evaluations of projects, acquisitions, and strategic opportunities.
• Prepare executive presentations and materials for senior leadership and committees.
• Track progress, consolidate information, and report financial updates on key initiatives.
• Support monetization, profitability, profit-split analyses, and financial evaluations for new business models.
• Manage projects requiring NDAs, ensuring confidentiality and analytical rigor.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in financial analysis, project evaluation, strategy, or similar roles.
• Proven experience building financial models (P&L, profitability, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis).
• Experience supporting M&A projects or acquisition processes (preferred).

Technical Skills

• Project evaluation and profitability analysis.

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling tools.
• CFA certification is a plus (not required).
