A dynamic SaaS company in Mexico seeks a Senior Financial Analyst. You will transform data into actionable insights, support financial planning, and analyze performance trends. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of finance experience, strong data analysis skills, and a passion for helping others make informed decisions. Formación

  • 4+ years of experience in Finance, preferably 2+ years in FP&A within a SaaS company.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to convey complex financial concepts.

Responsabilidades

  • Support business partners in tracking, forecasting and analyzing operational expenses.
  • Participate in annual and long-term planning processes.
  • Produce KPI reporting and prepare insights for variance meetings.
  • Run cross-functional initiatives to improve data-driven insights.
  • Provide monthly analysis of SaaS metrics and peer benchmarking.
  • Build, develop and maintain financial models for GTM operations.

YOUR MISSION

You will help fuel Mural’s global growth by transforming data into clear, actionable insights. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll partner across teams to analyze performance, uncover trends, and highlight opportunities that shape strategy. You will build models, advise on GTM investments, and provide the financial storytelling leaders need to make confident, long-term decisions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Business Partnership: Support business partners in tracking, forecasting and analyzing operational expenses and own the monthly and quarterly BvA process for the GTM organization. Support the effective deployment of marketing spend and maintain sales capacity models.

  • Planning and Financial Analysis: Participate in annual planning, long-term planning, and rolling forecast processes.

  • Data Analysis: Produce KPI reporting and root cause trends in KPIs. Prepare insights for variance and key meetings.

  • Project Management: Run cross-functional initiatives that improve our ability to make better data driven insights or make the company more efficient.

  • Communication: Target audience to FP&A management, functional managers and directors.

  • Work cross functionally:

    • Accounting team on variance analysis

    • Finance team on monthly Finance deck

    • Operations team to provide unit economics analysis

    • Department leaders on forecast updates from prior months results

  • Provide monthly analysis of SaaS metrics and peer benchmarking .

  • Build, develop and maintain financial models that forecast and measure the performance of GTM operations. Ad-hoc analysis as required.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • 4+ years of experience in Finance with ideally 2+ years of FP&A experience within a SaaS company

  • A Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, economics, business or other related fields

  • Experience with financial planning software (Adaptive Planning) and Netsuite preferred; experience with Tableau and Salesforce a plus.

  • A passion to help others make informed decisions driven by ROI and storytelling with numbers

  • Ability to convey complex financial concepts to leaders across the organization

  • Outstanding Excel / Google Sheets skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Strong analytical capabilities
