BorgWarner is seeking an experienced Finance Supervisor to lead plant financial operations, ensuring data integrity and policy compliance. You will oversee general accounting, cost accounting, fixed assets, budgeting, and FP&A, partnering with operations to drive improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in finance/accounting, 5+ years in a manufacturing finance leadership role, advanced SAP and Excel skills, and English fluency; occasional travel may be needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in public accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance supervisor experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, standard costing, fixed assets, and internal controls.
• Advanced SAP proficiency and Excel analytics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English; willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee general accounting activities and monthly closing.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning.
• Lead cost accounting, FP&A, and fixed asset management.
• Ensure internal controls and policy compliance.
• Provide KPI reporting (scrap, overtime, productivity) to operations.
• Serve as SAP super user and drive system improvements.
