Carrier Global Corporation seeks an FP&A & Costing Specialist to lead the plant’s financial planning, analysis, costing, and productivity initiatives. You will drive financial reporting, forecasting, and annual planning, partnering with Operations and Supply Chain to deliver insights that improve performance.

The role requires advanced Excel, standard costing knowledge, and the ability to influence decisions across manufacturing teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 4+ years in Finance, FP&A, Costing, or similar.
• 2+ years in manufacturing environment.
• Strong costing and variance analysis knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Cross-functional influencing ability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FP&A and Costing functions for the plant, including reporting, forecasting, and annual planning.
• Analyze factory performance via financial models, projections, and productivity tracking.
• Review standard cost changes, PPV, freight, and other cost drivers.
• Manage daily spend requests and forecast expenses.
• Collaborate with plant leadership and partners to assess risks and opportunities.
• Support annual physical inventory and ensure costing accuracy.
• Drive productivity improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Assist month-end close with a manufacturing focus.
• Present variances to plant management and corporate leadership.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and decision support.
