1840 & Company is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Modeling & Planning, to join the Office of the CEO in Guanajuato. You will turn raw performance data into decision-ready insight through financial modeling, reporting, and strategic analysis, working directly with the Founder & CEO.

This hands-on role blends accounting rigor with FP&A, AI awareness, and automation to scale the finance function and support growth decisions across the management team.

Formación

• 7+ years of relevant finance experience, built on accounting foundations.
• Meaningful FP&A experience including budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience with SaaS/recurring revenue models (ARR/MRR, churn, CAC, LTV).
• High-growth or tech-enabled environment experience.
• Strong understanding of cash flow, margins & driver-based finance.
• Experience developing management reporting & dashboards.
• Interest in AI, automation & modern FP&A tech.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain client’s financial model, annual budget, and rolling forecasts.
• Develop scenarios around growth, pricing, retention, revenue, and cash needs.
• Create forward-looking forecasts to assess strategic decisions’ financial impact.
• Analyze SaaS metrics, unit economics, churn, and operating leverage.
• Provide decision-ready financial analysis and support to CEO and management.
