Güntner in Apodaca, Nuevo León, is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to join our team. You will be the technical bridge between our advanced equipment and clients, leading on-site startups, commissioning, and world-class post-sales service.

The role focuses on configuring control systems and integrating industrial protocols (Modbus, BACnet, Ethernet/IP, CAN) with client networks, and delivering hands-on training.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, or related fields).
  • 3+ years of proven Field Service Engineer / Controls Engineer experience in industrial or HVAC sectors.
  • Deep understanding of industrial control systems and communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, Ethernet/IP, CAN).
  • Advanced English for corporate communication and technical documentation.
  • Travel readiness with valid visa and passport; willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsabilidades

  • On-site support: travel to client sites to lead unit startups, commissioning, technical service, and end-user training.
  • Controls & integration: configure and integrate control systems with client networks and protocols.
  • Customer solutions & quality: troubleshoot and resolve high-level issues, foster long-term client relationships.
  • Equipment inbound management: inspect and document incoming equipment to maintain accurate records.

We are looking for a Senior Field Service Engineer to join our team in Apodaca, N.L.! Are you an engineering professional who loves solving complex technical challenges, working directly with clients, and bringing control systems to life in the field? If you have solid experience in industrial communication protocols and a passion for field service, this Senior-level role is for you! In this position, you will be the key technical bridge between our advanced equipment and our clients, ensuring flawless system integration, commissioning, and world-class post-sales service.

Your Main Challenges

  • On-Site Support : Travel to client sites to lead unit startups, system commissioning, technical service, and deliver professional training to end-users.
  • Controls & Integration: Configure and establish control systems based on specific client requirements. Support the integration of communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, Ethernet IP, and CAN with the clients' networks.
  • Customer Solutions & Quality: Partner with clients and our Service & Quality Solutions Manager to troubleshoot, resolve high-level technical issues, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Equipment Inbound Management: Inspect, verify, and document incoming equipment and deliveries to maintain highly accurate operational records.

What are we looking for?

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, or related fields).
  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Field Service Engineer, Controls Engineer, or Warranty Engineer in the industrial or HVAC sector.
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of industrial control systems and communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, etc.).
  • Languages: Advanced English (essential for corporate communication and technical documentation).
  • Travel Readiness: Valid Visa and Passport are mandatory, as the role requires availability for travel to support client sites.
