Job summary

Daikin Manufacturing México is seeking a Senior Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Engineer to drive advanced structural simulations supporting the design, validation, and optimization of commercial HVAC products. You will handle heavy welded structures and light sheet metal assemblies with expertise in static, dynamic, and fatigue analysis using ANSYS.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
• Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in office, 2 days at home.
• Fluent/technical English communication required.
• Located in San Luis Potosí is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced structural simulations for design validation and optimization of commercial HVAC products.
• Analyze static, dynamic, and fatigue loading and nonlinear behavior; understand failure mechanisms.
• Mentor FEA engineers and promote collaboration within the team.
