Abbott Laboratories seeks a General Services Maintenance Analyst at the Querétaro site to lead technical management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of facility equipment and infrastructure. You will ensure availability, reliability, and safe operation through preventive, predictive, and corrective actions while complying with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering background, 5 years in similar work, and experience with facilities

Formación

• Education: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: 5 years of professional experience in the same role.
• Experience with facilities soft services systems and services including electrical, finishes, exhaust, electrical panels, lighting, kitchen equipment, roofs, elevators, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and implementation of a maintenance plan for facility areas, systems, and infrastructure equipment, including roofs, elevators, security systems, and more.
• Develop and implement General Facilities maintenance documentation and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to maintenance service providers and contractors, ensuring safe, timely, and compliant work within budgets.
• Plan and supervise maintenance activities for outdoor areas, landscaping, waste management, and exterior facility maintenance.
