Corning Reynosa is seeking a Facilities Senior Supervisor to lead maintenance and facilities operations at a dynamic manufacturing plant. You will ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment, utilities, and infrastructure, while overseeing maintenance teams and driving capital projects.

You will manage budgets, implement reliability programs, and drive continuous improvement across Safety, Reliability, and Process Safety Management.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, facilities, or maintenance environments.
3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience within a manufacturing operation.
Experience with CMMS platforms, maintenance management systems, and reliability programs.
Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Lead Maintenance Department operations across Safety, Reliability, Mechanical Integrity / Process Safety Management, Capital Execution, Planning and Scheduling, Equipment, and Infrastructure.
Supervise plant maintenance technicians; optimize uptime and develop technical talent.
Maintain, improve, and govern the maintenance management system including work orders and standards.
Manage department budget and capital spend for asset replacement and improvements.
Drive root cause analysis for maintenance failures; track KPIs for reliability and efficiency.
