Halliburton Energy Services in Ciudad del Carmen, MX, seeks an Experienced ESP Design Engineer to join our artificial lift team. You will design and propose ESP solutions, evaluate performance, and support clients from onshore and offshore sites.

The role requires a STEM degree and 8 years in ESP design, strong English, and advanced Excel skills including Power BI. Expect rigorous project work with global customers and a collaborative, safety‑focused environment.

Formación

• Degree in STEM fields such as Electronics, Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical Eng., Science, Math or Technology.
• 8 years of verifiable experience in ESP design and application.
• Advanced electrical and mechanical knowledge for onshore and offshore ESP operations.
• Experience handling clients at operational and administrative levels.
• Knowledge of ESP design software tools.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Under supervision, collaborates in artificial lift application recommendations and ESP proposal development.
• Performs post well evaluations of artificial lift performance and tracks product development projects.
• Provides technical and operational guidance to internal and external customers.
• Uses project management skills to organize and execute assignments.
