Teradata is seeking a thoughtful, experienced Senior Risk & Assurance Auditor to join our global Enterprise Risk and Assurance Services team. This role evaluates how business processes, governance, data, and controls work together to support decision-making and responsible growth.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on audit execution with analytical insight, works across functions and regions, and communicates recommendations clearly to leadership.

Formación

• 5+ years in internal audit, risk management, or related risk/control disciplines.
• Experience leading or executing operational audits, risk assessments, or advisory projects.
• Strong understanding of risk management, governance, controls, and process improvement.
• Ability to identify root cause, business impact, and risk severity beyond exceptions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive-level reporting.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving action.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute risk-based operational audits and enterprise risk assessments across global processes.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of governance routines, risk responses, and controls.
• Support ERAS in assessing key enterprise risks, including third-party risk and regulatory readiness.
• Use data analytics, process mapping, and trend analysis to identify risk indicators and improvements.
• Translate results into clear leadership-ready insights and practical recommendations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, and other functions to evaluate risk drivers.
• Develop audit workpapers, risk assessments, testing documentation, and reporting materials.
• Support action plans and verify remediation effectiveness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodologies and risk dashboards.
