SOFTGIC is seeking a seasoned Senior Software Architect to define and drive the architecture vision for a scalable enterprise SaaS platform. You will build prototypes and guide engineering teams through complex system designs, focusing on modernization and cloud-native delivery.

You will partner with Product Management and executives to align technical roadmaps with business goals, leveraging your deep experience in SDLC, Agile leadership, and secure, reliable architectures.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional software development experience in enterprise web apps or SaaS platforms.
• Strong hands-on software engineering background.
• Experience designing complex enterprise systems and web-based SaaS platforms.
• Experience defining architecture, technical standards, and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience leading engineering teams in Agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the architecture vision and technical roadmap for the platform.
• Design scalable, secure, highly available enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Build working prototypes and POCs for technical foundations.
• Work hands-on with engineering teams on architecture and system design.
• Partner with Product Management to translate product requirements into scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with executives on technology strategy and platform evolution.
• Lead the architecture and integration of major new platform capabilities.
• Drive legacy modernization initiatives while ensuring business continuity.
• Define architectural standards, engineering principles, and development best practices.
• Mentor and coach architects and senior software engineers.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for PrismHR ecosystem.
• Promote modern DevOps, cloud, automation, observability, and software delivery practices.
