Job summary

Tekshapers seeks an Enterprise Architect to lead the design and governance of the enterprise technology landscape. The role focuses on API-first patterns, microservices, and event-driven architectures across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

You will drive architecture standards, ADRs, and roadmaps while mentoring teams and translating business needs into actionable technical specifications for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership in design, documentation, and governance of the enterprise technology landscape.
• Bridge business strategy and technical execution with a focus on scalable, secure, and performant solutions.
• Drive technical authority for architecture, design, and enterprise integration using Azure and multi-cloud stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide integration architecture and API management strategies.
• Define target architectures, roadmaps, and reusable design patterns.
• Govern architecture standards, ADRs, and governance practices.
• Mentor engineers and architects across teams, translating complex requirements into technical specs.
• Prepare executive summaries and status reports for leadership.
