Paylocity in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and scale multiple engineering teams in the File Import/Export domain for secure, scalable SaaS solutions. You will drive technical strategy, champion engineering best practices, and partner with Product, Security, and Go‑To‑Market teams to deliver high‑quality software.

You will mentor managers and engineers across globally distributed teams, emphasize automation, observability with DataDog, and timely delivery

Formación

BS degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in leadership across teams.
Experience leading SaaS/enterprise software and cloud tech (AWS).
Familiar with API-based platforms and observability (DataDog).

Responsabilidades

Lead and scale multiple engineering teams in the File Import/Export domain.
Drive technical strategy, engineering quality, and delivery against business goals.
Coach managers and engineers across globally distributed teams.
Promote automation, observability, and data-driven decision making.
Collaborate with Product, Security, and Go-To-Market teams to align initiatives.
Manage incident response, reliability, and continuous improvement.
