• Bilingual English/Spanish required; strong communication skills.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing environment preferred.
• Analytical thinking to lead product investigations and QA activities.
• Familiarity with QC, GMP, QA, and ISO processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform NCR lifecycle documentation and investigation using statistical concepts.
• Provide technical support to identify causes of non-conformances and process failures.
• Support validation activities, execution of protocols, and engineering studies.
• Write engineering documentation and manage change in the documentation system.
• Collaborate with engineers to drive quality improvements, cost reductions, and capacity increases.
