You will ensure adherence to design rules, perform analyses, and interface with customers to align Metier content with program goals, contributing to quality, safety, and manufacturing readiness.

Qualifikationen

• 7–8 years of experience in automotive electronics design.
• Experience leading engineers/technicians.
• Familiarity with design reviews, processes and safety standards.

Aufgaben

• Lead a group of engineers/technicians on projects.
• Plan, monitor and control activities per Metier PD following CPM & GAMA.
• Ensure robust design for Manufacturing and validation within budget.
• Interface with customers for Metier content and requirements.
• Manage detailed scheduling and budgeting for Metier activities.
• Oversee resource needs, equipment, and investments.
• Coordinate with Product Technicians and Hierarchical for alignment.
