MVL Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer with a PE license to support and maintain island-wide electrical power systems in remote environments, including generators, MV distribution, switchgear, and substations. Relocation without family is required.

Required 5+ years of experience in electrical power systems, design, troubleshooting, and documentation. Advanced degree preferred; PE license mandatory for this role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience: Managing medium-voltage distribution and generator systems.
• Designing and maintaining substations, switchgear, and uninterrupted power systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintain island-wide electrical power systems, including generators, MV distribution, switchgear, and substations.
• Conduct technical studies, designs, troubleshooting, and documentation for electrical infrastructure.
• Oversee maintenance schedules, ensure safety and compliance with electrical codes and standards.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and contractors on projects and system improvements.
• Requires strong experience in electrical power systems, problem-solving, and operations in remote environments.
