Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an EDI Senior Analyst to own a regional portfolio of complex EDI implementations across Levi Strauss Americas. You will lead requirements, end-to-end testing, and post-go-live stabilization, while coaching analysts and establishing documentation standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners in OCC, Merch, Sales, Finance, and IT to drive improvements, resolve SAP IDoc and EDI incidents, and deliver reliable order-to-cash processes for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with EDI systems analysis, design and support.
• Knowledge of SAP EDI, IDocs and related concepts.
• Experience reading EDIFACT messages (PRICAT, ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESADV, INVOIC, SLSRPT, INVRPT) and X12 (850, 855, 856, 810, 860).
• Experience onboarding EDI customers and delivering implementations.
• Experience supporting Order to Cash EDI processes and issue resolution.
• Understanding of Customer Service and Order to Cash processes.
• Familiarity with AS2 and SFTP protocols.
• Ability to lead complex implementations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to coach colleagues and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements and solution reviews for complex EDI implementations, ensure readiness and go-live preparedness.
• Own incident and problem management for high-impact EDI/SAP IDoc issues, coordinate containment and corrective actions.
• Define regional EDI standards, checklists, procedures, and performance measures; identify risks and propose improvements.
• Serve as escalation point, coach analysts, review deliverables, and lead knowledge-sharing activities.
• Lead new customer EDI implementations and complex changes, including gap analysis, mapping, testing, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers and third-party providers throughout implementation and support.
• Coordinate with internal partners across OCC, Merch, Sales, Master Data, AR/Finance, OTC, RTC, IT, Planning, and Wholesale IT to align on requirements.
• Identify root causes of transmission errors and drive system/process changes to prevent recurrence.
• Resolve SAP IDoc and EDI incidents, coordinating escalation with business and technical teams.
• Perform controlled manual data pushes (VMI) when needed.
• Manage maintenance for Catalogs and Wholesale Vendor Sites.
• Conduct POS/Velocity research and drive resolution of issues.
• Lead regional VMI implementations and claims support.
• Collaborate with Allocation Manager to optimize allocation and order fulfillment and monitor due dates.
• Assist Order to Cash and perform order-management activities.
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reporting for key partners and provide distribution recommendations.
• Develop performance reporting for operations and management, communicating insights and decisions.
