HarZa is a fast-growing DTC operator focused on health and wellness. You will edit direct-response ads, producing both short-form 15–60s and long-form 2–6 minute videos, with a strong emphasis on hooks, pacing, captions, and compliance. The role is remote-first, fast-paced, and output-driven.

You will work with a pod including a strategist and a media buyer to iterate winners weekly, aiming for 15–20 assets weekly. A data-driven mindset and comfort with performance metrics are essential.

Formación

• Proven experience editing paid direct-response ads for DTC or ecommerce brands.
• Fluency in both short-form and long-form DR formats (VSLs, advertorials).
• Demonstrated high-volume daily output in a testing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Direct-response editing at volume for short-form and long-form ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Produce hook variations, cutdowns, re-orders, and format swaps for winning ads.
• Build belief through mechanism explanations, testimonials, UGC narratives, and advertorials while ensuring compliance.
