Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Senior Document Control Change Analyst to ensure proper change control for Quality System documentation and PLM records. You will guide internal customers and support the site records program.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, a high school diploma with technical background, and 4–6 years' experience in document control or related fields. You will draft, translate, and train teams on change processes and liaise with quality

Formación

• High School Diploma or technical career, close to college completion.
• 4–6 years in document control or related field; GMP/ISO knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required; strong writing and communication.
• Experience with PLM change control, QA documentation, and audits.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze document changes and assess impact on Quality System.
• Review Change Requests/Notices for accuracy and timely processing.
• Proofread and edit documents for GDP compliance and style.
• Translate policies and procedures as required.
• Train originators and users in change control processes and tools.
• Support Records Management program and generate reports.
• Assist with internal/external quality audits (FDA/ISO).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure revision accuracy.
