Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Documents Control Change Analyst Principal for Ethicon in Ciudad Juárez. The role ensures proper change control for Quality System documentation within PLM, supports Records Management, and provides guidance to internal customers on change control processes.

The candidate will lead change reviews, translate policies, and collaborate across functions to ensure accuracy and compliance in a regulated environment, with a focus on quality and traceability.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or technical training; college near completion or recent related work experience.
• Experience: 6+ years related to the position; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish fluency required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
• Experience with electronic change control and PLM systems in regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze documentation changes based on description/rationale and impacted sites/functions.
• Review accuracy and consistency of document changes submitted.
• Review Change Requests/Change Notices promptly.
• Proofread and edit documents for style, grammar, spelling, format, GDP compliance.
• Translate Quality System policies and procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with personnel to ensure revision accuracy.
• Provide training on change control processes and PLM tools.
