Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion design, preferably ready-to-wear.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design talent, technical skills, and construction understanding.
• Proficiency in fashion illustration and CAD software (Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D).
• Excellent knowledge of textiles, garment construction, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of color theory, trend forecasting, and market analysis.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Conceptualize, design, and develop original fashion collections for various market segments.
• Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards for each collection.
• Source fabrics, trims, and materials considering quality, cost, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with pattern makers and sewers to create prototypes and ensure fit and construction.
• Oversee production to ensure design specs and quality standards.
• Research fashion trends, market demands, and competitor activity.
• Develop collection themes, color palettes, and fabric stories.
• Present designs to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to brand storytelling and marketing initiatives related to collections.
