Placements24 seeks an innovative Arquitecto de Diseño de Interiores y Retail to join its creative team in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas. This hybrid role focuses on crafting engaging retail interiors for flagship stores, pop-ups, and experiential spaces, translating brand identities into compelling physical spaces.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in commercial interior design, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite, and a keen understanding of branding,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design for retail or commercial spaces.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong branding, merchandising, and customer journey understanding in retail.

Responsabilidades

• Design innovative and functional retail spaces aligned with brand identity and customer experience goals.
• Develop mood boards, space plans, and detailed interior elevations.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting to create compelling retail environments.
• Produce detailed construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand objectives, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers during construction and installation phases.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and accessibility standards.
• Stay current with retail design trends, emerging technologies, and material innovations.
• Contribute to project presentations and client meetings.
