EXL in Mexico City or Toluca is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and operate scalable DevOps capabilities that enable faster, safer, and more reliable software delivery.

You will design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, manage containerized deployments on Kubernetes, and automate infrastructure with IaC. You will embed DevSecOps controls and enhance monitoring, logging, and resilience across platforms. English proficiency at B2/C1 is required.

Formación

• 6+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
• English proficiency: professional working level or above (B2/C1).
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in scripting/automation and IaC tooling.
• Strong incident response and postmortem practice.
