Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Senior Delivery Assurance Manager to oversee material continuity and delivery performance across North America, including U.S. and Mexico plants.

You will lead delivery assurance activities, address supply constraints, and partner with cross‑functional teams to minimize production risks. You will develop a team supporting Residential and Light Commercial operations and leverage KPI‑driven analytics with SAP, Excel and Power BI to drive continuous improvement.

Formación

  • 7–10 years of experience in supply chain, materials, operations, or delivery-focused roles.
  • Proven experience managing material continuity and delivery performance.
  • Demonstrated people management experience with direct reports.
  • Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

  • Ensure material continuity and prevent shortages across U.S. and Mexico plants.
  • Own end-to-end delivery assurance, including expediting critical materials and resolving supply constraints.
  • Escalating and resolving payment issues, invoice holds, Goods Received discrepancies, pricing gaps, and GRI topics in partnership with Finance, Sourcing, and Quality teams across North America.
  • Support NPI initiatives by ensuring proper material setup, supplier readiness, and VMI/inventory model implementation prior to plant release.
  • Drive On Time / In Full (OTIF) performance for operations and projects through strong execution and accountability.
  • Lead and develop a team with direct reports supporting Residential and Light Commercial operations.
  • Leverage KPIs, metrics, and analytics to enable data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement using tools such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI.

About the role

As a Senior Delivery Assurance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring material continuity and delivery performance across our North America operations. You will lead delivery assurance activities, proactively address supply constraints, and partner with cross‑functional teams to minimize production risks across U.S. and Mexico manufacturing plants.

In this role, you will also lead and develop a team supporting Residential and Light Commercial operations while leveraging data, KPIs, and analytics to drive operational performance and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Delivery Assurance Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring material continuity and preventing shortages that could impact production across U.S. and Mexico plants.
  • Owning end‑to‑end delivery assurance, including expediting critical materials and driving the resolution of supply constraints.
  • Escalating and resolving payment issues, invoice holds, Goods Received discrepancies, pricing gaps, and GRI topics in partnership with Finance, Sourcing, and Quality teams across North America.
  • Supporting NPI (New Product Introduction) initiatives by ensuring proper material setup, supplier readiness, and VMI/inventory model implementation prior to plant release.
  • Driving On Time / In Full (OTIF) performance for operations and projects through strong execution and accountability.
  • Leading and developing a team with direct reports supporting Residential and Light Commercial operations.
  • Leveraging KPIs, metrics, and analytics to enable data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement using tools such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are results‑driven, analytical, collaborative, and experienced in managing complex supply chain and delivery environments. If this is you, get in touch.


As a minimum you must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials, Operations, or delivery‑focused roles.
  • Proven experience managing material continuity, delivery performance, and supplier interactions in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated people management experience with direct reports.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs and operational metrics to drive decision‑making.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Valid U.S. Visa.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
  • Experience supporting North America manufacturing operations.
  • Background in NPI, VMI, or project transitions from sourcing to manufacturing.
  • Advanced SAP knowledge with reporting and analytics exposure.
