Qualcomm Intl Inc. in Mexico City seeks a Senior Database Administrator to own design, performance, security, and availability of a heterogeneous database estate across on‑premises and cloud. You will partner with application teams, SREs, and infra to meet 24x7 global demands.

You will manage SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis and Neo4j, implement HA/DR solutions, and automate backups and upgrades. Strong scripting in Bash/PowerShell and experience across Linux and Windows are required.

Formación

• 3+ years of database administration experience in IT.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and manage SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Neo4j across Linux and Windows.
• Design HA/DR, backup, patching, and upgrades; automate repetitive tasks.
• Monitor health with Datadog/Prometheus; ensure security and access controls.
• Plan capacity, oversee migrations across heterogeneous platforms.
• Handle incidents and changes in ServiceNow, document resolutions.
