Genesys is seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer in a remote Mexico capacity to govern data platforms, focusing on Snowflake, AWS, Tableau and related tools. You will design scalable RBAC models, automate governance, and drive enterprise data platform maturity across teams and regions.

You will own end-to-end provisioning, IAM policies, and data security controls while collaborating with security, compliance and engineering to enable secure self-service data access at scale.

Formación

• Extensive Snowflake administration experience with RBAC and access provisioning.
• Strong AWS account and IAM governance knowledge.
• Experience with Tableau/Alation or similar BI governance tools.
• Terraform and IaC automation for platform provisioning and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Own Snowflake admin and RBAC architecture across environments.
• Design secure access frameworks with data masking and policies.
• Drive cost efficiency and performance tuning for Snowflake warehouses.
• Automate provisioning, certification, and deprovisioning workflows.
• Develop IaC with Terraform and CI/CD for governance controls.
• Lead SOX/SOC2 evidence collection and audit-ready reporting.
• Manage cross-account access and AWS integration with Snowflake.
