Lab49 in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable data platforms, leveraging AWS, Airflow, and Snowflake to support market and counterparty risk analytics.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and the Data Warehouse Architect, build data pipelines, and contribute to automated deployments and monitoring. Fluency in English and 8+ years in data-centric software are required, with a strong track

Formación

• 8+ years of experience delivering data-centric platforms with large datasets and high data quality standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Strong experience with AWS, Airflow, and Snowflake.
• Comfortable working in an agile delivery environment.
• Hands-on CI/CD automation experience.
• Proven ability to review pull requests and ensure quality code.
• Excellent English (C1+) communication.
• Experience with market and credit counterparty risk platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, design, code, test, configure, and modify software for platform delivery.
• Design, develop, test, and implement platforms and utilities to ensure performance.
• Build and manage automated delivery pipelines for platforms and solutions using CI/CD practices.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and tracing for platform durability and performance.
• Collaborate with the Data Warehouse Architect on platform strategies.
• Design and optimize scalable data pipelines using Airflow, Snowflake, and AWS.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure platforms meet business and technical requirements.
• Produce technical documentation, including testing and delivery artifacts.
