ExlService Holdings, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize data pipelines for scalable analytics. You will leverage Python, SQL, Snowflake, and DBT to deliver robust data models and transformations across cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes data quality, governance, and collaboration with Analytics, BI, and Data Science groups. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ETL/ELT expertise, experience with Airflow, and familiarity with cloud platforms

Formación

• Strong experience with SQL and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Python for data engineering tasks.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake (data warehousing, optimization, performance tuning).
• Experience using DBT for transformations and modeling.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Good understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders and teams.

Key Responsibilities
