Astreya is seeking a Data Analyst III to join our expanding analytics team. You will perform statistical modeling and analyze structured and unstructured data to develop metrics, reports, and visualizations of trends and patterns.

The Data Analyst identifies and captures data from internal and external sources. The role requires 5–8 years of related experience, a BS degree, strong SQL and advanced Excel skills, and the ability to create dashboards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5–8 years of related experience.
• Proven ability to manage large data sets and create visual data.
• Strong SQL skills, including creating and modifying macros and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Create advanced data visualizations.
• Create complex reports using scripts and reporting tools.
• Design and generate consensus and statistical demand forecast reports and continuously improve forecasting techniques, method, and approach.
• Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify improvements/automation opportunities.
• Independently analyze data sets to identify opportunities for increased accuracy and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and test database technical issues with development team.
• Create monthly Excel and Google Sheets files from database.
• Independently analyze data sets to identify opportunities for increased accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform quality assurance on data to determine potential data gaps.
• Handle data-related technical issues and support data infrastructure needs.
• Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business
• Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems.
• Other duties as required
