Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Senior Data & AI Engineer (5-10 years) in Nuevo León to help clients modernize data platforms, design scalable analytics, and implement AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data Factory.

You will serve as trusted advisor for data platforms, run technical workshops, assess architecture, troubleshoot pipelines, and drive remediation and performance improvements aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI platforms.
• Advanced/Fluent English required for client work and workshops.
• Expertise in modern data platforms and cloud-based analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor for Data Platforms, Database Engineering, Analytics, and AI solutions.
• Deliver technical workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.
• Assess data architecture, platform health, scalability, performance, security, reliability, and operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot databases, data pipelines, integrations, data models, analytics solutions, and reporting platforms.
• Analyze query performance, logs, and data quality indicators to identify root causes and optimization opportunities.
• Develop prioritized remediation, modernization, and performance improvement plans aligned with customer objectives.
