Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, BI, or Data Platform technologies.
• Strong consulting or customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor for Data Platforms, Database Engineering, Analytics, and AI solutions.
• Deliver technical workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.
• Assess data architecture, platform health, scalability, performance, security, reliability, and operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot databases, data pipelines, integrations, data models, analytics solutions, and reporting platforms.
• Analyze query performance, logs, and data quality indicators to identify root causes and optimization opportunities.
• Develop prioritized remediation, modernization, and performance improvement plans aligned with customer objectives.
