PRGX in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Business Information Analyst to own end-to-end data projects, collaborate with business and client teams, and design scalable data workflows. You will drive data governance, optimize processes, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with stakeholders.

Strong skills in Trino, SQL, and Python are required, with 5+ years in data or business analysis. Fluent English and experience with automation and AI will help you succeed in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Trino, SQL, and Python.
• 5+ years in data, business analysis, or related roles.
• Fluent English and strong communication with stakeholders.
• Hands-on automation, AI interest, and process optimization.
• Mentoring experience and proactive continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end ownership of projects, working with operational teams from requirements to delivery.
• Drive data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders.
• Design, build, and optimize data workflows with Prefect and Airflow.
• Lead automation initiatives including RPA with Python and Selenium.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve business processes.
• Mentor junior team members and define standards and scalable solutions.
