Qualifications

• University degree in management or engineering.
• One year of experience.
• Experience in managing Annex 24 inventory control systems.
• Fluent English preferred.
• Well organized and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures.
• Maintain coordination with Customs Brokers to ensure timely clearances and address inspections and gov't requirements.
• Administer and monitor inventory control per Annex 24 requirements.
• Coordinate with internal areas to ensure proper execution and traceability of IMMEX operations.
• Ensure correct application of customs regimes and verify transactions within authorized terms.
• Monitor compliance with Non-Tariff Regulations and Restrictions for IMMEX operations.
• Supervise preparation, validation, and transmission of customs declarations.
• Ensure integration and retention of foreign trade compliance files.
• Provide customs support during extended hours, second shifts, and weekends as needed.
