TE Connectivity is seeking a Sr. Customer Quality Engineer in Hermosillo, Mexico. The role focuses on managing customer quality across the Sensors business, partnering with sales, engineering, and operations to enhance customer experience.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in automotive quality, deep knowledge of IATF 16949, and strong problem-solving skills. Will travel 10%-25% globally and work with continuous improvement initiatives.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering/technical field.
- Experience with IATF 16949 and CSR requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and RCA skills.
- Experience in automotive quality and product manufacturing.
- Experience with audits and customer quality interfaces.
Responsabilidades
- Serve as the primary quality contact for customers and lead quality meetings and escalations.
- Monitor customer scorecards and drive cross-functional improvements.
- Lead warranty settlements and support warranty negotiations.
- Facilitate investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
- Review CSR requirements and support quality and warranty agreements.
- Support engineering changes, deviations, and NPI activities.
- Coordinate customer complaints and approve 8D reports.
