Job summary

X-Team is seeking a Senior CRM Engineer to lead a critical platform evolution, owning the migration of a healthcare CRM from Salesforce to a modern target platform. This hands-on role includes evaluating platforms, re-architecting data flows, and delivering a seamless data cutover aligned with a 2027 milestone.

You will drive complex integrations across EHR systems, APIs, and third-party tools, map data schemas, and implement robust rollback safeguards.

Qualifications

• Senior CRM engineering with hands-on Salesforce Apex/Flows and modern CRM platforms.
• Experience leading end-to-end multi-platform CRM migrations.
• Expertise in complex integrations across EHRs, APIs, messaging, third-party tools.
• Data strategy and schema mapping with data cleanup and rollback safeguards.
• Hands-on data pipelines, scripts, and synchronization workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM migration from Salesforce to target platform.
• Evaluate and select optimal platform and re-architect data flows.
• Execute end-to-end data cutover ahead of 2027 milestone.
• Build data pipelines and integration solutions.
