Job summary

Axented partners with X-Team to lead a critical CRM migration from Salesforce to a modern platform. This 100% hands-on engineering role owns the end-to-end data cutover, re-architecting data flows and healthcare integrations to meet a 2027 milestone.

The senior engineer will drive architecture, implement data pipelines, ensure data quality and rollback safeguards, and coordinate with clinical and operations teams to minimize risk.

Qualifications

• Senior CRM engineer with hands-on Salesforce and modern CRM experience.
• End-to-end migration leadership for multi-platform CRM data cutovers.
• Expertise in data pipelines, EHR integrations, and data cleanup.
• Ability to design rollback safeguards and robust data governance.
• Experience coordinating with clinical and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and migration strategy for CRM platform evolution.
• Architect data flows, mappings, and integration touchpoints.
• Build production data pipelines and synchronization workflows.
• Orchestrate the end-to-end data cutover before milestone.
