Brown-Forman Corporation is seeking a Senior Credit, Collections and Cash Applications Analyst to drive credit decisions, optimize collections, and accurately apply customer payments within a global framework. You will partner with regional teams to balance risk and growth while delivering timely insights and reports.

The role requires 7+ years in credit/collections, strong analytical skills, leadership, and proficiency with SAP/ERP systems and Excel.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
7+ years in credit and collections.
Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with SAP (or other ERP) and advanced Excel.
Knowledge of credit analysis, financial metrics and tax regulations.

Responsabilidades

Lead CCCA activities for US and serve as Country representative managing a $2.2B portfolio.
Support Regional CCCA team with credit and collections expertise across the organization.
Monitor customer accounts receivable by accessing customer payment information.
Report any significant past due and delays impacting financial data.
Responsible for EFT collections to ensure receipt of payments from US distributors.
Research and resolve deductions by collaborating with internal teams.
Prepare monthly reconciliations and other monthly/quarterly reports.
Release manual orders in cases of cash in advance or exhausted credit lines.
Maintain customer master records under policy and governance.
Participate in CCCA projects, process improvements and automation.
Credit line determination and risk evaluation per Global Credit Policy.
