The Senior Creative transforms briefs into compelling ideas, leads digital projects end-to-end, and ensures creative excellence across all deliverables. This role collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams, presents and defends concepts with confidence, and elevates the team’s creative standards through continuous mentorship, inspiration, and constructive feedback.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Lead the creative development process from concept to final execution.
• Develop original, strategic concepts aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Oversee and ensure the quality and consistency of all creative deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior creatives, supporting their professional growth.
• Foster a collaborative, constructive, and inspiring team environment.
• Present creative proposals clearly and persuasively in both English and Spanish.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while effectively managing expectations.
• Actively participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Oversee project execution, manage timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and emerging creative opportunities.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ years of experience as a copywriter.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a variety of conceptual campaigns, spanning a wide range of tones and channels.
• Creative & Strategic Thinking: Strong conceptual skills to generate innovative, actionable ideas aligned with client strategy.
