HSBC Mexico is seeking a BCO Analyst to own the end-to-end credit process for Corporate and Institutional Banking customers, supporting Relationship Managers to structure credit solutions that fit financial needs of Business Banking and IMM clients.

You will work with senior managers across Wholesale Credit Risk, Syndications, and Credit Services, developing financial acumen, attention to detail, and strategic thinking, while handling entities across diverse industries.

Formación

• 3 years of credit analysis experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand business and industry drivers.
• Proactive communication with Relationship Managers and supporting groups.
• Advanced English and formal education in a relevant field.

Responsabilidades

• Increase lending portfolio by structuring tailor-made credit solutions with RMs.
• Monitor portfolio compliance and identify risks in lending arrangements.
• Interact with customers to obtain information for thorough borrower analysis.
• Coordinate with back office teams to manage portfolios efficiently.
