Jobgether Srl seeks a Data Analyst specializing in Consumer Insights for a fully remote role focused on FMCG. You will collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover actionable consumer insights, guiding marketing, product development, and sales strategies.

You will develop dashboards, run statistical analyses, and communicate findings across functions while maintaining data integrity. Remote collaboration and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related quantitative field.
• 4+ years as a Data Analyst with consumer insights or FMCG experience.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with R and/or Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process data related to consumer behavior, sales, and market performance.
• Perform statistical analyses to identify trends and correlations.
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize insights and track metrics.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for marketing, product, and sales teams.
• Conduct A/B tests and other analyses to measure impact of initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting and present findings.
