Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 4+ years as a Data Analyst, preferably in consumer insights or FMCG.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Strong analytical and statistical software skills (R, Python).
• Excellent communication and remote work capability.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process datasets related to consumer behavior and market performance.
• Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends and correlations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize insights.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for marketing, product, and sales.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimental analyses to measure impact of initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting and present findings.
